As part of our Customer Service team you will handle queries both on the phone and online, using your first class communication skills to really engage with business customers, consumers, internal colleagues and data suppliers. There is a lot to learn but full training is provided and support given to ensure you are able to respond to all sorts of queries and to be able to analyse and explain complex information simply.
